A phenomenon happens at the iconic Revival Bar, in the heart of Little Italy. It is called Hip Hop Karaoke. It is the coolest blend of live entertainment, talent, grooves and it's a helluva lotta fun, to boot.
Hip Hop Karaoke has been hanging out at Revival Bar on the 3rd Friday of every month for 7+ years. What this eclectic night brings with it are fans of the genre, creative hopefuls who dare to hit the stage and throw down some rhymes, a crew of talented men on deck, and a regularly showing of established artists.

Throw away any preconceived notion you may have of a stereotypical karaoke night — this is not “Ice Ice Baby” over a stripped down muzak beat in the back of the bar, complete with bouncing ball and cornball graphics. Hip-Hop Karaoke is the prime opportunity for closet MCs to finally grab the mic and bust their favourite raps live on stage with an accompanying DJ and a cheering, enthusiastic audience. Using all original instrumentals we provide hundreds of classic jams for everyone to flex their lyrical skill, from the seasoned hip-hop veteran to the casual fan.
