9-11 messages from Canadians to America
13 years later.
A week after that tragic day on September 11, 2001, I visited the American Embassy on University Avenue, downtown Toronto. In front of the embassy there were many hundreds of messages, items and bouquets of flowers which were placed for the American people from Canadians. I photographed many of these items. Here is a gallery of photos from that shrine.
Much has transpired since that dark time. However, these photos are not about politics. They are presented simply to show the outpouring of feelings, telling American friends they were not going through this alone. It is also a reminder that we should never forget. — Robby Breadner theMOMENTisCAPTURED.com
